Classic American Pie
Old-fashioned apple pie with a flaky lattice crust, double crust, or streusel topping and a sweet cinnamon-spiced filling, reminiscent of times gone by.

Classic Cakes
At Jen-X, we offer a variety of cakes: our signature chocolate cake, yellow cake, chocolate cake, carrot cake, genoise, yule logs, and many others by request. Available icings include Vanilla, Chocolate, Chocolate Espresso, or Lemon American Buttercream; Chocolate or Vanilla Cream Cheese; and Swiss or French Buttercreams.

Grandma's Butter Cookies
Jen's paternal grandma's recipe and a family favorite using Kerry Gold Irish Butter. These cut-out cookies are thinner than typical store-bought, lightly glazed to not overpower the butter flavor, and optionally-garnished with sugar sprinkles for a little added sweetness.

Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have several tried and true recipes for the ultimate chocolate chip cookie. The thing is, people have varying definitions of what that specifically is. So, we'll decide which recipe best suits you and go from there. We also offer a Gluten-Friendly option (made without gluten in a kitchen exposed to gluten - so not gluten-free 100%). Cookies are approx. 3.5" diameter.

Sheetcake Brownies
The basis for the Jen-X signature chocolate cake, these brownies come in a large sheet pan and can be cut to specific sizes. Chocolate Revel Bars
Jen learned this recipe at school and had to include it in her bakery. It even has walnuts which Jen hates (and can omit them for you). Excellent combination of chocolate, oats, and walnuts.
